All our products are hand crafted and made to order. Please allow 10-12 weeks for production and an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery.

For smaller items (Perch, Firkin, Model I) we parcel ship, via UPS. For larger items (everything not listed above) our standard shipping is via private van delivery. We cultivate a network of independent white glove shippers who ensure the best care while transporting our pieces of furniture to your home. If additional services are needed, please contact us.

Yes. We love working with designers and architects, and we are currently working on launching our trade program soon.

All our products are designed in house by our founder, James Tan.

Our pieces are handcrafted in Louisville, KY.

Because of the handcrafted nature of our products we currently do not accept returns. Damaged or faulty items must be claimed within 24 hours of receiving product. Please email your claim to sales@svndsgn.com.
