Founder & Designer

Growing up in the Philippines taught James how imbuing a space with even a small amount of care could make a dramatic difference in whether that space felt like a home or merely a place to live. This fueled his passion for design and fed his curiosity, eventually inspiring him to teach himself how to make furniture. After years of honing his skills in the high-end contract furniture industry, he founded SVN based on the belief that furniture and objects designed with intention, care, and depth can transform a space into Home.
